Overview

Theo and Xochitl grow up in polluted Long Beach and are shaped by their environment. When Xochitl's mother dies in a heat wave, she decides to take radical action against climate change by blowing up an oil pipeline. With the support of Theo and Alisha, she recruits other activists.
