Overview

Ryan Swann, a bounty hunter who is one bad day away from ending up in prison, learns that his father, the legendary and righteous law enforcement officer Ian Swann, was killed while chasing a bounty on Maui. Ryan flies to the island only to find that the body has been brutally desecrated. With more questions than answers, Ryan seeks out Hawaiian police officer Savannah. Together they realize that a local businessman and backbencher named Arlo "Buck" Buckley is a drug lord who has been on the run for fifteen years. After Robbie is captured, Ryan and Savannah are faced with the choice of exposing Buck for what he is and risking Robbie being killed, or working with the local criminal underworld to bring Buck down and save the Hawaiian Islands from descending into anarchy....
