The cast of the fourth season of "The White Lotus " is getting bigger and bigger. Another star, Heather Graham, has now been signed up. However, the "Boogie Nights" actress is not the only new addition to HBO's tragicomic anthology series. Rosie Perez, Ben Schnetzer, Tobias Santelmann, Frida Gustavsson and Laura Smet are also new on board, as Deadline reports.

Nothing has yet been announced about the roles of Heather Graham and co. Little is also known about the story of the fourth season of "The White Lotus". As in the previous seasons of the anthology series, we will presumably once again be dealing with an ensemble of new guests and employees of the eponymous hotel chain. It is also conceivable that one or two characters from previous seasons will make a comeback. Previously, for example, Jennifer Coolidge returned in her role as the extremely wealthy Tanya McQuoid. This time, the action takes place in France. Paris and the French Riviera will serve as the backdrop. The locations of the first three seasons were Hawaii, Sicily and Thailand.

Numerous actors in the new season of The White Lotus

In addition to Heather Graham and co., numerous other actors have already been announced for the new season of "The White Lotus". The ensemble includes world-famous film stars such as Helena Bonham Carter and Vincent Cassel. We will also see Steve Coogan, Sandra Bernhard, Caleb Jonte Edwards, Dylan Ennis, Corentin Fila, Ari Graynor and Marissa Long in front of the camera. Max Greenfield, Kumail Nanjiani, Charlie Hall, Jarrad Paul and Chloe Bennet were also recently announced as further cast members. The latter is known to Marvel fans from the TV series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." (we reported).

The fourth season of "The White Lotus" will once again be written and directed by series creator Mike White. He is also executive producer alongside David Bernad and Mark Kamine. Production of the new episodes in France is about to begin: it is due to start in April this year. However, it is not yet known when the new season of "The White Lotus" will start on HBO. However, it is assumed that it will not be until 2027.

Heather Graham: sought-after star in film and television

The "White Lotus" newcomer Heather Graham can look back on a career with numerous film and TV roles. She received particular attention in 1997 alongside leading actor Mark Wahlberg in "Boogie Nights". Her role in Paul Thomas Anderson's film about the rise and fall of a porn actor earned her the praise of numerous critics. The comedy "The Hangover", in which she starred alongside Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis, proved to be a particularly big commercial success in 2009. With worldwide box office takings of 468 million US dollars, the film by director Todd Phillips became a box office hit. She can currently be seen in the horror film "They Will Kill You" (find out what the film is like in our META film review).

Heather Graham has also left her mark on television. She appeared in David Lynch's legendary mystery series "Twin Peaks" back in 1991. This was followed by many other series appearances, including the 2004 medical comedy series "Scrubs". She will soon be seen in the mini-series "Carrie", a remake of Stephen King's horror classic of the same name.

With "The White Lotus", she has now landed a role in a TV production that has become a highly acclaimed hit for the HBO channel. The anthology series has been repeatedly celebrated by viewers and critics for its special humor, the strong performances of the actors and Mike White's high-quality production. "The White Lotus" has also scored repeatedly at awards ceremonies. Among other things, the series has won 16 Emmy Awards over the years.
